Universal Technical Institute, Inc. is looking for a Financial Aid Advisor to guide students and influencers through the financial aid process and resolve funding barriers.

You will manage a portfolio, educate on FAFSA, loans, and scholarships, and collaborate with Admissions and Student Services to support starts and persistence. The role requires strong communication, accuracy in aid administration, and a commitment to helping students achieve enrollment and graduation goals across UTI and

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3 years customer service or sales experience preferred.
• 2 years Financial Aid experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Guide students from initial contact through ongoing support to secure financial aid and submit documentation.
• Deliver a positive experience by showing compassion and explaining the value of timely steps.
• Identify concerns and offer solutions to overcome barriers to starting or continuing school.
• Explain benefits and connect them to student needs to gain agreement and understanding.
• Administer student financial aid accurately and in compliance with regulations.
