Universal Technical Institute is seeking a Financial Aid Advisor in Smyrna, GA to guide students through the financial aid process with clear, compassionate service. You will assist future and current students, helping them navigate funding options and aligning resources with individual needs.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred
• Experience: 3 years in customer service or sales; 2 years in Financial Aid preferred
• Title IV: experience preferred

Are you passionate about helping students achieve their dreams? As a Financial Aid Advisor, you'll be a trusted guide—helping students and their families navigate the financial aid process with clarity, compassion, and care.

Whether you’re working with future students as they get ready to start school or supporting current students as they continue their journey, your mission is to provide friendly guidance, accurate info, and smart solutions every step of the way.

• $23 - $25 per hour
• Paid Training

• Collaborate for Success:Work closely with Admissions, Student Services, and other teams to enhance student satisfaction and success.

Qualifications

Education / Experience

• Education:High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred
• Experience:3 years in customer service or sales; 2 years in Financial Aid highly preferred
• Title IV:experience preferred

Skills:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with computer applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
