You will manage a portfolio of students and partner across departments to support starts and persistence. The role emphasizes compassionate, clear communication, resolving funding barriers, and educating students about FAFSA, loans, and scholarships while maintaining accurate aid administration.

Qualifications

• Experience explaining financial aid options and required documentation.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to financial aid.
• Ability to manage a student portfolio and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Guide students from initial contact through ongoing support in securing financial aid.
• Deliver a positive experience with compassionate, clear guidance.
• Identify barriers and offer solutions to start or continue school.
• Educate on FAFSA, loan acceptance/denial, scholarships, and funding options.
• Partner with Admissions, Student Services, Accounting to support student needs.
• Execute timely follow-up and help achieve milestones.
