Job summary

Successful candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in financial services, plus licensing or readiness to obtain FINRA registrations.

Qualifications

• Financial services and/or sales experience required or preferred.
• FINRA registrations, licensing, or certifications encouraged.
• Professional and/or military career progression is valued.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Deeply understand clients' needs and priorities to create personalized strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality client experience and regulatory compliance.
• Engage the branch team to implement and monitor the branch business plan.
• Create a collaborative branch environment with trust, respect, and accountability.
