Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent work-related experience in securities/financial services
• Licensing: SIE or equivalent, Series 7/66 required within three months; FINRA/SEC CE training per regulations
• Certifications and registrations required for career progression and ongoing training

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing (residential, business, networking, referrals, social media, speaking engagements)
• Understand clients' needs and create personalized strategies to help them achieve goals
• Oversee branch processes and ensure high-quality client experience in line with policies and regulations
• Engage the branch team to develop and monitor the branch business plan for results
• Create a engaging branch environment built on trust, respect, feedback and accountability
