Edward Jones in the United States is seeking a financial advisor to build and grow a personal practice with branch and home-office support. You’ll train, become licensed, and develop client relationships while serving a broad client base.

You'll work with a local branch team and regional advisors, enjoying a structured training program, a paid trainee period, and a compensation plan that combines salary, commissions, and incentives as you gather assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent work-related experience in securities/financial services.
• Financial services and/or sales experience.
• Financial services licensing or certification may be required.
• Willingness to complete ongoing regulatory training and certifications.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Deeply understand clients' needs to accelerate trust and create personalized strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience aligned with policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to improve performance.
• Create a highly engaging branch environment built on mutual trust, respect, feedback and accountability.
