Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking driven financial advisors to build and grow their own client practice with support from a large branch network and home office team. You’ll develop and deliver personalized investment strategies, manage client relationships, and adhere to regulatory and firm policies.

Successful candidates typically complete a comprehensive training program, gain licenses, and work toward building long‑term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in securities/financial services
• Financial services and/or sales experience required
• FINRA licensing such as SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 may be required; state insurance licenses may be required

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients through face‑to‑face and digital sourcing
• Understand clients' needs to create personalized financial strategies
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality client experiences and compliance
• Engage the branch team to monitor and adjust the branch business plan
• Create a collaborative, trusted environment within the branch team
