Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in securities/financial services.
• Financial services or sales experience required.
• Licensing through FINRA (SIE, Series 7, 66) or ability to obtain within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to acquire new clients via face-to-face and virtual outreach.
• Understand clients’ goals to develop personalized financial plans.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality client experiences.
• Coordinate with branch team to execute the branch business plan.
• Foster a trusted, respectful, accountability-driven branch culture.
