Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Advisor Development Program is seeking individuals to develop into Financial Advisors for high-net-worth clients. You will identify client needs, build relationships, review financial goals, and deliver comprehensive recommendations aligned with client objectives.

You will collaborate with Merrill Financial Advisor Teams to grow portfolios, receive mentoring, and advance through mandated training and assessments as part of a structured advisor path.

Qualifications

• SIE certification required
• 4+ years of progressive professional and/or military experience
• 2+ years experience in investments industry
• Ability to obtain Series 7 and 66 licenses within allotted program time
• Self-starter who manages time effectively and builds relationships

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored and personalized advice to clients through reviews and presentations
• Identify client needs and develop investment advisory strategies
• Shadow Merrill Financial Advisor teams to grow portfolios
• Leverage available resources and technologies to enhance the customer experience
• Participate in ongoing training to develop a book of business and meet financial targets
• Build relationships with internal service providers to meet client needs
• Manage risk across business, product, and service transactions
