The Bank of America Merrill Wealth Management is seeking candidates for the Advisor Development Program - Financial Advisor-Partially Registered to serve high-net-worth clients in a Merrill branch. Qualifications

• SIE required to participate in program.
• 4+ years of progressive professional and/or military experience.
• 2+ years experience in investments industry.
• Ability to obtain Series 7 and 66 licenses within allotted program time.
• self-starter who efficiently manages time and capacity.
• Sets and accomplishes goals and can work with clients.

Responsibilities

• Developing a book of business to meet performance hurdles.
• Prioritize sourcing prospective clients and referrals; tailor solutions for clients.
• Recommend investment products based on objectives, resources, and time horizon.
• Balance growth, referrals, follow-up, and development to progress as an advisor.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver integrated banking and investment solutions.
• Mentor with Merrill Advisor teams to build experience and portfolio growth.
• Complete mandated training, assessments, and continuing education requirements.
