Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management seeks a Merrill Advisor Development Program - Financial Advisor-Partially Registered to work with high-net-worth clients in a branch setting. You will identify needs, build relationships, review goals, and deliver comprehensive recommendations in line with clients’ objectives.

You will be mentored by Merrill Financial Advisor Teams, grow your book of business, and collaborate with banking and investment partners to provide integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE and 4+ years of professional or military experience.
• 2+ years of investments industry experience.
• Able to obtain Series 7 and 66 licenses within program time.
• Self-starter with strong time management and goal orientation.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
• Effective communication with clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory due diligence in daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Developing a book of business to meet and exceed performance hurdles.
• Prioritize sourcing prospects, referrals, assess needs, refer to specialists, and deliver customized solutions.
• Recommend investment products aligned with clients’ objectives and risk profiles.
• Balance growth, referrals, client follow-up, prospecting, compliance, and personal development.
• Organize resources to run a productive practice.
• Consult with specialists to identify planning and investment strategies.
• Complete mandated training and continuing education.
