Job summary

Bank of America is seeking candidates for the Merrill Advisor Development Program - Financial Advisor. You will build relationships with high-net-worth clients, review financial goals, and deliver comprehensive recommendations aligned with client objectives.

You’ll collaborate with Merrill advisor teams to grow your experience and portfolio. The program emphasizes in-office training, mentorship, and a pathway to advancing within Wealth Management, with an emphasis on meeting performance targets

Qualifications

Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses (63/65 in lieu).
Minimum of one year experience in the financial services industry or a sales environment with targets met.
Knowledge of investment products and services.
Proven ability to engage with and influence others.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a performance-based compensation environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

Handles inbound inquiries from leads regarding Merrill offerings.
Positions the capabilities of Merrill and Bank of America.
Collects client profile data following KYC procedures to open accounts.
Serves as interim Financial Advisor, recommending suitable investment products/services.
Documents client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
