Bank of America is seeking a driven Advisor Development Program Financial Advisor to work with high-net-worth clients, identify needs, and deliver comprehensive investment guidance. You will collaborate with Merrill Financial Advisor teams to expand client relationships and portfolio growth.

The role emphasizes developing lasting client relationships, handling inquiries, and delivering tailored solutions while following regulatory requirements and training commitments.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses (63/65 in lieu).
• Bachelor's degree and/or financial services or sales experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to engage with and influence others.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication to build trust.

Responsibilities

• Developing a book of business to meet performance hurdles.
• Source prospective clients and referrals and tailor solutions.
• Recommend investment products aligned with client objectives and risk profile.
• Balance growth, referrals, and client servicing with compliance and personal development.
• Collaborate with banking and investment partners to meet client needs.
