Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries regarding Merrill offerings and Bank of America capabilities.
• Position and promote Merrill and Bank of America services to clients.
• Collect client profile data following KYC procedures to open accounts as appropriate.
• Provide investment product recommendations based on client objectives and risk tolerance.
• Document client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce accurately.
