Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience in securities/financial services.
• Financial services sales experience.
• Licensing or certification requirements (SIE/Series 7/66) with ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Understand clients' needs to create personalized, comprehensive strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality client experience and compliance.
• Engage the branch team to implement and adjust the business plan.
• Create an engaging branch environment based on trust and accountability.
