Job summary

Edward Jones seeks motivated individuals to become financial advisors, building a client-focused practice with support from a branch team, home-office and regional advisors. You’ll complete a comprehensive training program and get registered and licensed through paid instruction.

During the first five years, you’ll receive a supplemental salary and gain exposure to commissions, with branch-based and regional backing as you grow your practice and serve clients in your community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work-related experience.
• Experience in financial services or sales.
• Licensing, registrations or certifications in financial services.
• Professional/military career progression.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
• Deeply understand clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized strategies to help them achieve goals.
