Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience in securities/financial services.
• Experience in financial services and/or sales.
• Registration/licensing/certification in financial services.
• Career progression in professional or military backgrounds can be relevant.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Deeply understand clients' needs and concerns to tailor comprehensive financial plans.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience and compliance.
• Engage the branch team to implement and adjust the branch business plan.
