Job summary

Edward Jones is hiring financial advisors to build personal client relationships and grow a practice within a local branch. You’ll receive comprehensive training and licensing support, enabling you to serve clients on a broad set of financial goals from retirement to education planning.

You’ll work with a supportive team across branch, region and home office, with earnings tied to performance through a mix of salary, commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent work-related experience in securities/financial services.
• Financial services and/or sales experience is desired.
• Licensing, registrations or certifications required or pursued during training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Understand client needs and design personalized, comprehensive financial strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality client experience and compliance.
• Engage the branch team to execute the branch business plan and drive results.
• Create a engaging branch environment with trust, respect, feedback and accountability.
