Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in securities/financial services.
• Experience in financial services and/or sales.
• Licensing or certification in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via in-person and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Deeply understand clients' needs to craft personalized financial strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality client experience and compliance.
• Engage the branch team to monitor and adjust the branch business plan.
• Create a highly engaging environment in the branch built on trust and accountability.
