Responsibilities

Build relationships to acquire new clients through in-person and virtual sourcing (residential, business, networking, referrals, social media, speaking engagements).
Understand clients' needs and priorities to create personalized, comprehensive financial strategies.
Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure high-quality client experiences and compliant operations.
Engage the branch team to monitor and adjust the branch business plan for better results and efficiency.
Create a mutually respectful, engaging branch environment with trust, feedback, and accountability.
