• Build relationships to create new clients through in-person and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Understand clients' needs to create personalized, comprehensive financial strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality client experience and regulatory compliance.
• Engage the branch team to implement and adjust the branch business plan.
• Create a collaborative branch environment with trust, respect, and accountability.
