Qualifications

• 2-4 years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Ability to independently manage priorities and improve processes.
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio company performance and work with senior leadership on financial and operational improvement
• Review monthly financial statements, cash flows, and bank reconciliations
• Build financial models, forecasts, budgets, and consolidated reporting
• Manage accounting and serve as a financial/operational resource for select small businesses
• Manage cash flow forecasts and funding allocation
• Support audits, tax filings, acquisitions, and due diligence
• Improve accounting processes, controls, and workflows
• Operate effectively in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and minimal direction

What You'll Do
