Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Entering, tracking, and reconciling QuickBooks records with Salesforce deal data.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts including AP/AR and payroll.
  • Prepare and issue timely periodic financial reports.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Ensure GAAP compliance and local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes with accurate data.
  • Track intercompany transactions and journal entries.
  • Reconcile payments and sales commissions in Salesforce.
  • Process payroll and manage vendor/contractor payments and invoices.
  • Track compensation plans, bonuses, SPIFs, and true-ups.
  • Monitor cash flow, deposits, and prepare cash flow reports.
  • Manage collections, accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Categorize and report expenses, including credit card transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Support 401(k) administration and related accounting tasks.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and reporting.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining daily accounting records, general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll processing, benefits administration and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently on multiple data platforms in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Entering, tracking, and reconciling Quickbooks accounting records alongside Salesforce deal records.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
