Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc in Boise, Idaho seeks a Staff Finance AI Enablement & Adoption Lead to accelerate AI adoption across Finance. You will partner with Finance leaders and technology teams to drive adoption, measure impact, and deliver learning programs, prompt libraries, and certification pathways, focusing on responsible AI and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in AI Enablement, Workforce Transformation, Organizational Change Management, Learning & Development, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading enterprise technology adoption and change management initiatives.
• Hands-on with enterprise AI platforms (Copilot, Claude, OpenAI, Azure AI).
• Strong understanding of AI adoption, prompt engineering, and responsible AI principles.
• Experience creating communications, newsletters, adoption campaigns, and executive updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance AI adoption and enablement initiatives aligned with Finance transformation priorities and business objectives.
• Develop and execute AI adoption strategies that drive workforce readiness and productivity improvements.
• Partner with Finance leaders to identify and promote high-value AI use cases across Finance functions.
• Champion the adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other approved enterprise AI platforms.
• Design and deliver AI learning programs, workshops, and certification pathways.
• Build and maintain AI enablement assets including prompt libraries, playbooks, and best practices.
• Establish and lead AI Champion Networks and Communities of Practice.
• Develop and publish AI communications, newsletters, and awareness campaigns.
• Drive change management activities to encourage sustained adoption and behavioral change.
• Track and report AI adoption, engagement, proficiency, and business value through dashboards.
