Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or related field; equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of demonstrated ability in strategic or technical program management, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading multi-year transformation programs across technical, business, and executive groups.
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled transformation, engineering efficiency, change management, and organizational capability building.
• Outstanding executive communication and persuasion abilities within a matrixed global setting.
• Proven success influencing senior leaders and delivering results in a global matrixed organization; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the TPG AI portfolio, including priorities, roadmaps, governance, risks, dependencies, and executive decision points.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align AI investments with business outcomes, engineering transformation priorities, and multi-year value goals.
• Develop executive reporting, performance indicators, and value realization frameworks that link AI initiatives to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Finance and Business Operations on resource planning, case development, capacity modeling, and long-range planning.
• Build and lead a high-performing program management function while embedding responsible AI, security, IP protection, governance, and organizational change practices.
