Job summary

Jobtailor in New Jersey is seeking a results-driven Business Analysis and Finance Transformation professional to lead requirements gathering, process design, and end-to-end implementation. You will collaborate with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to design solutions that improve efficiency, controls, and regulatory compliance.

You will drive standardization, automation, and stakeholder alignment, while managing risks and adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in business analysis, finance transformation, process improvement, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes and best practices.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions and lead initiatives from requirements gathering and process design through implementation.
• Experience partnering with Finance, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive process optimization, standardization, automation, and technology-enabled solutions.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and engage senior leaders and build consensus across teams.
• Experience with P&C insurance and/or reinsurance preferred.
• SAP and Power BI experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering to design and implement end-to-end finance solutions.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and stakeholders to drive process optimization and automation.
• Drive standardization, controls, and quality while meeting regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate process walkthroughs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage risks and develop mitigation plans with project managers.
• Support technology-enabled process automation and system implementations.
• Lead change management and adoption activities.
