Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in process improvement or transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving change.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage confidential information.
• Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives across the audit lifecycle (planning, risk assessment, testing, reporting, issue management, monitoring).
• Analyze current-state processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Design and implement future-state processes to improve effectiveness and user experience.
• Partner with auditors, leadership, technology teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, root-cause analyses, and process design activities.
• Develop process documentation, SOPs, operating models, workflows, and governance frameworks.
