Job summary

Jobtailor in New York seeks an experienced Senior Implementation Leader to drive end-to-end transformation programs across finance, payments, and technology. You will own governance, escalations, and cross-functional decision support to meet delivery commitments.

You will map current and future state processes, define requirements, deploy AI-enabled tools such as unframe.ai, and report progress to senior leaders with clear KPIs and risk metrics. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in implementation leadership, business transformation, consulting, or operational improvement within financial services, payments, or technology environments.
• 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving portfolio management, process redesign, technology enablement, or operational execution.
• 8+ years of experience leading current-state and future-state process mapping, gap analysis, business requirements definition, and process control design.
• 8+ years of experience deploying AI, automation, analytics, or decision-support tools to improve delivery quality, cycle time, cost efficiency, or operational performance.
• 8+ years of experience establishing governance frameworks and controls that align business priorities with risk, compliance, and technology standards.
• Experience using executive reporting, scorecards, and performance metrics to manage delivery outcomes, identify risks, and support decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation within a client implementation or service delivery organization.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar structured improvement methodologies.
• Experience with process mining, workflow analytics, or data visualization tools.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or equivalent certification in program or project management.
• Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization; candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.
• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
• Occasional travel, up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operating cadence for the implementation function, including governance, escalations, and cross-functional decision support.
• Drive weekly project tracking, scorecards, and exec reporting to monitor schedule, budget, risks, and outcomes.
• Identify variances early, direct corrective actions, and align stakeholders to delivery commitments.
• Own continuous improvement by standardizing intake-to-delivery processes, reducing handoffs, and applying lessons learned across workflows.
• Lead AI enablement by identifying high-value use cases, deploying AI tools like unframe.ai, and scaling capabilities.
• Direct current-state and future-state process mapping, gap analysis, requirements definition, and control point design.
• Translate business needs into roadmaps, requirements, and execution plans.
• Communicate progress, priorities, and outcomes to senior leaders through clear reporting.
