Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a results-oriented transformation consultant to lead process improvement and organizational change initiatives across cross-functional teams. You will identify opportunities, define measurable outcomes, and drive adoption of improvements in finance, operations, and HR.

You will analyze performance metrics, design data-driven strategies, guide stakeholders through new workflows and automation, and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; or 2.5+ years in related area.
• Proven expertise in process improvement and organizational change management.
• Strong analytical and data-driven performance evaluation skills.
• Ability to lead transformational change initiatives from planning to implementation.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of business processes, automation, internal policies, and external regulations.
• Experience developing actionable recommendations from performance insights.
• Six Sigma certification preferred; bilingual Mandarin-English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance metrics across areas to identify trends and improvements.
• Conduct data-driven analysis and modeling to implement strategies and process improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop operational strategies that simplify workflows.
• Lead change initiatives and transformational projects from planning through implementation.
• Manage expectations and ensure sustainable adoption of changes.
• Monitor program performance and address post-implementation issues.
• Develop resolutions to optimize outcomes and ensure compliance.
• Provide guidance on policies, compliance, and best practices.
• Build stakeholder relationships to align processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Validate guided workflow functionality using automation and emerging technologies.
• Inform product enhancement roadmaps through analysis of tooling outcomes and feedback.
