Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or progressive work experience in addition to the required experience.
• 3+ years of related experience.

• Proven ability to meet deadlines while simultaneously working on multiple projects.
• Occasional domestic travel.

Responsibilities

• Coach other team members within area of expertise.
• Develop and maintain linkages with retail product management, retail distribution, commercial banking, support services, and North American business partners.
• Provide senior management with proactive reporting and analysis for corporate and business line initiatives.
• Work with line-of-business team members and resources.
• Resolve issues and problems by conferring with staff, management, internal departments, and outside contacts.
• Work cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives and improve processes.
• Analyze company data to identify and recommend initiatives that materially improve financial results.
