Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, R2R or FP&A process design.
• Controllership or FP&A operations experience.
• Strong executive communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end R2R workstreams across master data, assets, close, intercompany, consolidations and financial reporting.
• Lead end-to-end FP&A workstreams: planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario management.
• Redesign R2R and FP&A operating models and processes to improve close efficiency and governance.
• Own design deliverables: process flows, requirements, KPIs, data needs.
• Facilitate workshops with GPOs and technology stakeholders; drive decisions.
