Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to lead design and delivery of technology-enabled finance transformations in the Americas, focusing on R2R and FP&A within the Media & Entertainment sector. You will guide end-to-end workstreams, redesign operating models, and collaborate with Global Process Owners to deliver measurable improvements in close and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in finance transformation, R2R or FP&A process design and operations.
• Proven Media & Entertainment sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverable skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end R2R workstreams across master data, assets, periods, intercompany, consolidations and reporting.
• Lead end-to-end FP&A workstreams including long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting and scenario management.
• Assess and redesign R2R and FP&A operating models and delivering transformation initiatives.
• Own business process design deliverables with KPIs, data requirements and reporting needs.
• Facilitate design workshops with Global Process Owners and stakeholders; drive decisions and dispositions.
• Manage day-to-day delivery: workplans, RAID, scope, quality and delivery economics.
• Translate pain points into quantified value cases for close, forecasting and cost improvements.
• Coach staff and contribute to proposals and sector thought leadership.
