Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the US Finance Consulting practice to lead technology-enabled finance transformations in R2R and FP&A, with a focus on the Media & Entertainment sector. You will direct end-to-end workstreams, design operating models, and drive process improvements across close, reporting and planning.

You will collaborate with GPOs, business leads and technology teams, shaping solutions, managing delivery, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, R2R or FP&A process design; Controllership or FP&A operations; consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverable skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end R2R workstreams across master data, assets, close, intercompany, consolidation and reporting.
• Lead end-to-end FP&A workstreams including planning, budgeting, forecasting and scenario management.
• Assess and redesign R2R and FP&A operating models and processes; deliver transformation initiatives.
• Own business process design deliverables and requirements, KPIs and data needs.
• Facilitate design workshops with GPOs, unit leads, SMR and Technology stakeholders; drive decisions.
• Manage day-to-day delivery: workplan, RAID, scope, quality and global delivery leverage.
• Translate pain points into quantified value cases for close, forecasting and cashflow.
• Coach staff; contribute to proposals, Phase 0 assessments and sector thought leadership.
