Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the United States to lead design and delivery of technology-enabled finance transformations within R2R and FP&A for the Media & Entertainment sector. You will steer end-to-end workstreams, redesign operating models, and coach staff across global delivery teams.

You will influence large-scale transformations, leverage SAP S/4HANA, OneStream, SAC, and Anaplan, and partner with Global Process Owners and executives to drive measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, R2R or FP&A process design; consulting experience preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverable skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end R2R workstreams across master data, fixed assets, projects, close, intercompany, sub-consolidation and reporting.
• Lead FP&A workstreams: planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario management.
• Assess and redesign R2R and FP&A operating models; deliver transformation initiatives for close and reporting improvements.
• Own design deliverables — process flows, requirements, KPIs, data needs.
• Facilitate design workshops with Global Process Owners and stakeholders; drive decisions.
• Manage day-to-day delivery: plan, RAID log, scope, and offshore/onshore delivery mix.
