Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• MBA or CPA a plus.
• 6+ years in finance transformation, R2R or FP&A process design; consulting preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverable skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end R2R workstreams across master data, assets, close and reporting.
• Lead end-to-end FP&A workstreams: planning, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow.
• Assess and redesign R2R/FP&A operating models and processes for improvements.
• Own design deliverables: process flows, requirements, KPIs, data needs.
• Facilitate design workshops with GPOs, BU leads and tech stakeholders; drive decisions.
• Manage day-to-day delivery: workplan, RAID log, scope, quality and cost.
• Translate pain points into quantified value cases for close cycles and forecasting.
• Coach and develop staff; contribute to proposals and sector thought leadership.
