Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation to help energy clients navigate the finance transformation journey. You will co-create future‑proof operating models, align with regulatory standards, and drive sustainable value across FP&A, close, and reporting functions.

You will work with senior leaders to design and embed innovative financing strategies, leveraging cutting‑edge technologies and a global, diverse team. Expect substantial travel to customer sites and collaborative workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2–4 years in consulting and P&U industry
• Experience with P&U finance functions and applications such as SAP, Oracle, and PowerPlan
• Ability to develop business cases and digital strategy for transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead PowerPlan implementation and integration with ERP/EAM systems
• Design finance operating models and drive FP&A improvements
• Oversee shared services design and outsourcing advisory
• Manage financial close, consolidation, and reporting processes
• Drive cost management, profitability analysis and P2P/RR processes
• Engage with clients and lead sessions; travel 60–80% as needed
