Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation to lead high-impact projects for Power & Utilities clients across the United States. You will design future-proof operating models, support regulatory and control standards, and drive sustainable value through finance transformation initiatives.

You will co-create strategies, articulate business cases, manage deliverables, and lead client engagements with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• 2–4 years of relevant consulting experience in power & utilities.
• Experience with P&U finance functions and applications like SAP, Oracle, and PowerPlan.
• Business case development and digital strategy familiarity.
• Awareness of finance compliance and regulation.

Responsibilities

• PowerPlan implementations and ERP integrations.
• Finance operating model design and optimization.
• Finance processes improvement and FP&A support.
• Shared services design and implementation.
• Outsourcing advisory and cost management.
• Finance systems and intelligent automation initiatives.
• Close, consolidation and reporting processes optimization.
• Engage with clients and lead working sessions.
