Job summary

EY is hiring a Manager, Finance Transformation to drive the energy transformation for Power & Utilities clients. You will co-create visionary strategies, design next‑generation operating models and lead comprehensive Finance Transformation programs to deliver sustainable value across reporting, regulatory, and control standards.

You will engage senior leadership and guide clients through complex change programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• 2–4 years consulting and Power & Utilities industry experience.
• Experience with P&U finance functions and applications (SAP, Oracle, PowerPlan).
• Ability to develop business cases and digital strategy.
• Awareness of finance compliance and regulation.

Responsibilities

• Lead PowerPlan implementation and ERP/EAM integrations.
• Design finance operating models and improve FP&A processes.
• Oversee shared services design and outsourcing advisory.
• Oversee financial close, consolidation and reporting.
• Drive cost management, profitability analysis and P2P/R2R processes.
