Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation in the US to shape finance capabilities for Power & Utilities. You will lead client engagements, design operating models and drive sustainable value through transformation programs. Expect travel 60–80% to meet client needs and deliver results.

You will work with senior leaders on ERP integrations, FP&A, and automated finance processes, while aligning with regulatory standards and GAAP reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 2–4 years consulting experience in Power & Utilities preferred.
• Experience with P&U finance functions and applications (SAP, Oracle, PowerPlan).
• Ability to develop business cases and digital strategies.
• Knowledge of finance compliance, GAAP, and regulatory expectations.
• Experience designing operating models and transformation roadmaps.
• Demonstrated commitment to finance sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead PowerPlan implementation and integration with ERP/EAM systems.
• Design finance operating model and optimize processes.
• Drive shared services design and outsourcing advisory.
• Oversee FP&A, consolidation, and reporting processes.
• Advance finance systems and intelligent automation initiatives.
• Define deliverables and manage project timelines.
