Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation to lead the Power & Utilities finance transformation programs, designing future-proof operating models and driving sustainable value for CFOs. You will apply finance expertise and change management skills to deliver strategic initiatives and align with regulatory and reporting standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
2–4 years relevant consulting and P&U experience.
Experience with P&U finance functions and SAP/Oracle/PowerPlan.
Business case development.
Digital strategy.
Finance compliance & regulation awareness.
Finance quality, maturity, efficiency & operational risk assessment.
Finance strategy, operating model & transformation roadmap.
Finance sustainability.

Responsibilities

PowerPlan implementation and ERP/EAM integration.
Finance operating model design.
Finance processes improvement and FP&A.
Shared services and global business services design & implementation.
Outsourcing advisory.
Financial close, consolidation & reporting.
