Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal seeks a Manager for Private Equity Performance Improvement – CFO Services to lead finance transformation engagements for portfolio companies in the US. You will guide operating model design, cost optimization, and process improvements with CFOs and senior leaders.

With 9–11+ years in consulting or industry, you’ll manage workstreams, develop transformation roadmaps, and mentor teams while building client relationships and pursuing opportunities.

Qualifications

• 9-11+ years of consulting and/or industry experience in Finance Transformation.
• Experience in finance operating models, organizational design, cost reduction, and process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A and finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Transformation engagements and workstreams focused on improving finance function performance and driving efficiency.
• Assess current-state finance organizations, processes, and operating models to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement future-state finance operating models and transformation initiatives.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, and implementation plans.
• Lead GBS/Shared Services initiatives including design, implementation, and optimization.
• Develop client deliverables and manage engagement execution, timelines, and quality.
