Alvarez & Marsal seeks a Manager for Private Equity Performance Improvement – CFO Services, Finance Transformation. The role leads finance transformation initiatives, designs future-state operating models, and guides service delivery for PE clients.

You will work with CFOs, lead engagement teams, and shape client solutions across R2R, O2C, P2P, and FP&A. Requires 9-11+ years in consulting or industry, strong analytics, and ability to travel.

Qualifications

• 9-11+ years of consulting or industry experience with Finance Transformation.
• Experience in Finance transformation strategy, operating models, and FP&A.
• Strong ability to develop financial analyses, business cases, and roadmaps.
• Understanding of R2R, O2C, P2P, Treasury and related processes.
• Ability to lead teams and manage complex workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; travel up to 80%.

Responsabilités

• Lead Finance Transformation engagements and drive performance improvements.
• Assess current finance models and design future-state operating models.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, and implementation plans.
• Guide GBS/Shared Services and BPO initiatives and optimizations.
• Manage client relationships with CFOs and senior finance stakeholders.
• Coach and develop consulting teams and ensure high-quality delivery.
