Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Director for Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) CFO Services to lead finance transformation engagements for portfolio companies in the US. You will guide operating model design, cost optimization, automation initiatives, and management reporting improvements, while developing client relationships at the senior level.

• 12+ years of relevant consulting and/or industry experience, including significant experience in Finance Transformation.
• Strong understanding of core finance and accounting processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A).
• Proven ability to lead project teams and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Finance Transformation engagements and workstreams to improve finance performance and drive cost efficiency.
• Design and implement future-state finance operating models and roadmaps.
• Manage engagement execution, timelines, and deliverable quality.
• Build relationships with CFOs and senior client stakeholders and drive business development.
