Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in Nashville is seeking a Manager for Private Equity Performance Improvement (CFO Services) to lead finance transformation engagements for portfolio companies. You will guide the design of future-state operating models, drive process improvement and automation, and develop practical roadmaps and business cases.

As a leader, you will manage client teams, mentor staff, and collaborate with CFOs and senior leaders to deliver measurable value. Travel up to 80% may be required.

Qualifications

9-11+ years of relevant consulting and/or industry experience, including significant experience in Finance Transformation.
Strong understanding of core finance processes: R2R, O2C, P2P, Treasury, and FP&A.
Experience developing financial analyses, business cases, transformation roadmaps, and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

Lead Finance Transformation engagements and workstreams focused on improving finance function performance and reducing costs.
Assess current-state finance organizations, processes, systems, and operating models; identify improvement opportunities.
Design and implement future-state operating models and transformation initiatives.
