Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Manager for Private Equity Performance Improvement within CFO Services and Finance Transformation. The role focuses on leading complex engagements, optimizing finance operating models, and guiding high-level stakeholder discussions to improve client outcomes.

You will drive cost and process improvements, implement automation, and develop actionable roadmaps while mentoring teams and expanding client relationships across PE clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
Significant experience in Finance Transformation and cost/operational improvement.
Strong communication with senior stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

Lead Finance Transformation engagements and drive improvements in finance function performance.
Assess current-state finance models, processes, and operating models for opportunities.
Design future-state operating models and transformation roadmaps.
Lead automation, digitization, and close optimization initiatives.
Develop business cases, analyses, and implementation plans.
Manage engagement teams, deliverables, and timelines.
