Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in the United States seeks a Director for Private Equity Performance Improvement – CFO Services, Finance Transformation to lead complex finance‑transformation engagements for portfolio companies. You will oversee engagement teams, develop transformation roadmaps, and advise CFOs on operating models, cost optimization, and digital enablement.

Travel up to 80% may be required. Experience in finance transformation, R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A and GBS/Shared Services is preferred; strong

Qualifications

• 12+ years of consulting or industry experience in Finance Transformation.
• Experience leading finance transformation and operating model design.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Transformation engagements and workstreams.
• Assess current-state finance organizations and processes.
• Design future-state operating models and transformation initiatives.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and business cases.
• Lead GBS, Shared Services, and BPO initiatives.
• Deliver high-quality client deliverables and manage timelines.
• Coach and develop consulting teams.
