Job summary
Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Manager/Director-level professional for the Private Equity Performance Improvement – CFO Services, Finance Transformation. You will lead complex engagements with CFOs, design future-state finance operating models, and drive cost optimization and performance improvements across portfolio companies.
You will partner with senior stakeholders, oversee multi-workstream teams, and contribute to practice development and business growth.
Qualifications
- 9-11+ years of relevant consulting/industry experience, including Finance Transformation.
- Strong understanding of core finance and accounting processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A).
- Experience developing financial analyses, business cases, roadmaps, and executive presentations.
Responsibilities
- Lead Finance Transformation engagements and workstreams.
- Assess current-state finance organizations, processes, systems, and operating models.
- Design and implement future-state finance operating models and transformation initiatives.
- Lead GBS/Shared Services/BPO initiatives and develop actionable roadmaps.
- Develop high-quality client deliverables and manage engagement execution.
