Responsibilities

• Own Customer Delivery: Discovery and process mapping across finance workflows to diagnose leaks and define Ramp solution.
• Solution design: document end-to-end workflow design, policy architecture, and deployment docs for admin maintenance.
• Hands-on configuration: implement core workstreams, configure policies, approvals, accounting rules, GL mappings, and permissions.
• Integrations and data: scope ERP/HRIS integrations, map data, leverage Ramp APIs where needed, ensure security reviews.
• Agentic workflow enablement: tune Ramp's agentic capabilities for each client context and policy logic.
