Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, advisory, or consulting.
• CPA or relevant professional certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial transformations.
• Strong communication and client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting and finance advisory services including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ERP implementations.
• Manage end-to-end client engagements, including scoping, timelines, and deliverables.
• Act as a trusted advisor, building long-term client relationships.
• Shape internal processes, service offerings, and growth strategy.
• Collaborate with leadership on business development, proposals, and client presentations.
• Stay informed of industry trends and advise on improvements to client accounting and finance operations.
