RGP is seeking a Manager to join the CFO Advisory team in the United States. You will drive client delivery across initiatives that strengthen financial operations and performance, leading key workstreams with senior leaders and clients.

The role emphasizes strategy, transformation, and operational improvement across industries, with a focus on measurable outcomes and practical solutions. Travel as needed and a strong consulting background are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven strategy or management consulting background with client-facing delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional workstreams and executive-level deliverables.
• Strong track record of measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of transformation and advisory engagements across strategy, finance, operations, and data.
• Manage projects and multiple workstreams; design solutions and implement them for clients.
• Define requirements with client stakeholders; develop practical, scalable solutions.
• Create client-ready deliverables: presentations, analyses, and reports for teams and executives.
• Collaborate across teams for alignment and clear communication across workstreams.
• Drive process improvements, systems enablement, and operating model enhancements.
• Identify risks and dependencies; propose solutions or escalate when needed.
• Apply structured problem-solving to inform decision-making.
• Develop tools and templates to improve delivery consistency and quality.
• Build strong client and team relationships; coach junior resources.
• Mentor undergrad and early-career staff; contribute to CFO Advisory growth.
• Support business development with leadership to expand services.
